At Cator Street Property Services, we believe property is about more than bricks and mortar, it’s about people, communities and creating places where individuals and families can truly feel at home. That’s why we provide a personal property service built on professionalism, transparency and genuine care.
The name Cator Street was inspired by the street many of us remember growing up on: a welcoming place where neighbours knew each other, children played together, friendships formed and lasting memories were made. To us, that’s the ideal street, and it’s the experience we strive to create for every landlord, tenant and investor we work with.
Whether you’re looking to protect and grow your investment, find your next home or build your property portfolio, you can expect honest advice, clear communication and a service that’s managed with care from first conversation to final sign off!

No hidden costs, no unnecessary markups, no surprises. We're upfront at every stage, so you always know where you stand and can make informed decisions with confidence.
